What is Your Handbag Return Policy?
Returns must be received by seller within 21 days from receipt date of order and in "original/new" condition. Return package shipped via FedEx ground or air service at the buyer's expense. A credit or exchange will be processed upon receiving the return item in the new/original condition with original tags attached.
What is your return policy for original paintings?
Returns must be received by the seller within 21 days from receipt date of order and in original/new condition. Returns must be packaged with suitable protection to avoid damage and shipped via FedEx air or ground services at the buyer's expense. A credit or exchange will be processed upon receiving the return item in the original/new condition.
What are the order purchasing instructions?

- Please note that shipping charges and taxes if applicable will appear after you've put in your shipping address.
How quickly are orders processed?
All orders will be Shipped within 1 business day from receipt of order. All shipments are sent via FedEx ground service.
How do you package your handbags and art?
Paintings are wrapped in bubble wrap and packaged with care in suitable containers for shipping.
Handbags are individually tissue wrapped suitable for gift giving, and suitably packaged for shipping.
